Press Color with AI and type your title in Create AI Cover. Pick the text layout, the text style and the text color, then press Send to AI coloring.
The colored page shows up in the Gallery tab marked New. Press Add to cover. Set your trim size and page count in Dimensions and press Apply, then Save. Press Download cover, confirm the page count if the window asks and choose Document (PDF) for KDP.

Press Create New Cover in Cover creator and choose Use a Template.
Before you save the cover, press No book linked at the top right of the editor, pick your coloring book and press Link. The trim size and the page count come from the book. If you download the book with blank pages between images, open Dimensions and pick the same number in Blank pages between drawings.
Download the book as one PDF in the same trim size and the cover as a PDF, the two files a KDP paperback needs.
