The rose on the crown is drawn as a tight spiral of overlapping petals with five leaves fanning out behind it, and it is the largest single shape on the page.

Two smaller roses open at the level of the jaw, one on each side, each with its own leaves pushing outward.

The eye sockets are wheels: a ring of petals around a hub with spokes radiating out. Below each one hang three teardrop shapes on short chains.

Across the forehead, a symmetrical arrangement of teardrops, dots and curls runs from temple to temple, and the cheeks fill with paired scrolls that mirror each other.
